The origin

RADIX began as a private discipline: record one useful piece of lived wisdom each day. Repeated themes gradually revealed systems of thought, motivation, effort, and attention. What started as notes became a nine-year inquiry and, ultimately, a published book.

The work turns the same systems instinct used in business inward. It asks why effort so often fails to follow intention and examines the structures that quietly shape what people pursue, avoid, and become.

What it demonstrates

  • Long-duration independent research and disciplined authorship.
  • Pattern recognition across psychology, systems, and lived experience.
  • Ability to build a coherent language for ideas that are felt before they are visible.
  • Translation of one thesis across a book, essays, tools, and digital products.
